A: Our company was founded in 2006, with more than 19 years of production and export experience.
Q: Where is your production base located?
A: Our factory is located in Shanxi Province, the major coke production area in China, enjoying sufficient raw material supply and stable output.
Q: Can you provide customized product sizes and indicators?
A: Yes. We can customize particle size, fixed carbon, ash, sulfur and other technical indicators according to customers' requirements.
Q: Is your product quality stable? Can you provide inspection reports?
A: All goods are strictly inspected before delivery. We can provide third-party quality inspection reports, factory test certificates and relevant documents for customs clearance.
Q: What is the standard packaging for your products?
A: We adopt 1 ton jumbo bag (ton bag) as standard packaging. Pallet packaging and customized packages are also available.
Q: What loading ways do you support?
A: We support 13m trucks, containers, bulk cargo ships and ro-ro ships for different delivery demands.
Q: What is your normal delivery time?
A: For regular orders, goods can be loaded within 7-15 days after receiving deposit. For large bulk orders, we can arrange stable continuous supply.
Q: Which countries and regions do you mainly export to?
A: Our products are sold to Southeast Asia, Middle East, South Asia, Europe and other regions, covering more than 30 countries worldwide.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
